6 Betting Rules

12.2 Closure by Player

You may request closure of your wq777 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method after deducting any applicable pending bonus obligations. Bonus funds are non-withdrawable upon voluntary closure.

12.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. wq777 will notify you via email before applying a dormant account fee.
